Before the definition of silence and periods of Silence I would like to let us know that periods of Silence is one of the pillars of the Catholic divine Project. Now the definition.

Definition of period of silence:

A long period spent listening to language and not saying anything. Or,prohibit or prevent someone from speaking. Silence is also called, quietness, calmness, still, noiselessness, uncommunicativeness, peace and speechlessness.

 *COURSE 2:* 👉🏼 *SILENCE* *ANALYSIS AND SUMMARY:* Silence is a moment/period when the body's organs for vocal communications are kept still for some higher reasons. Silence is one of the pillars of the Catholic Divine Project. There are many types of silence, but the Catholic Divine Project summarised all of them into three, namely: 👉🏼1. Silence of the heart. 👉🏼2. Silence of the muscle. 👉🏼3. Silence of the lips. Silence can be beneficial in many ways which include: 1. Helps one to concentrate. 2. Helps one to be creative. 3.
